As a proud Yorkshire business, we love the culinary delights that come from our region. We think this sweet and fruity Yorkshire Pudding is the perfect Christmas take on the much-loved savoury staple, and we wanted to share the recipe with you.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 25 minutes
Heat oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Spread the fruit out in a medium baking dish. Make the batter according to pack instructions and add the caster sugar.
Pour the batter over the fruit and bake for 20-25 mins until golden and set. Dust with icing sugar, if you like, and serve hot or warm.
Our top tip: This fruity Yorkshire Pudding tastes delicious served warm with a generous dash of brandy cream for that ultimate Christmas indulgence.
